Has my order shipped? 

 

LeuMas provides tracking updates to our customers via email as details are communicated from the carrier. SMS notifications are also available, however you must sign up at the time of purchase.

Which payment method can I use? 

 

We accept all major credit cards. This includes Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

Part of my order is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

 

At LeuMas, we pride ourselves on unparalleled customer quality. That’s why all of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if an item is missing, incorrect or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please contact us immediately. We respond to all requests within 24hrs.

Is local delivery or pick-up available? 

 

As our business continues to grow, we look forward to providing our local customers with the option of pick-up and even delivery. However, at this time we do not offer the option of local delivery or pick-up. We are proud to provide world-wide shipping.

How long will it take to receive my items? 

 

Shipping times may vary. However, our processing time is 2-5 days. On average our customers typically receive their items in about 10 days or less. Our international customers may experience longer shipping times.
